Brian Sipe (QB Browns) won OPOW for Wk 10 of the 1979 season, leading Cleveland to a 34-28 come from behind overtime victory over the vaunted Steelers.  Sipe was 13/18 for 272 yards, throwing 4 TDs to 0 INTs.
